UK SHIPPING:

Orders with tracking numbers are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends, after they are placed. Regular orders are shipped as soon as possible, while new releases and restocks on social media pages with "NEXT DAY" shipping in the description qualify for fast next-day shipping.

WHAT'S A PRE-ORDER?

Because pre-orders are custom-made, they take 1-3 weeks to process before being shipped. Processing time may vary between 1-3.5 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays, due to factors such as COVID-19 and the Winter 2022 holiday season.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

After placing an order or when the bulk arrives, tracking numbers and order confirmations are sent to the email address on file. Evri is the designated shipping carrier, and orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days, with international orders taking 7-14 days worldwide. Any delivery issues with Evri, on the other hand, must be resolved directly with them, as the seller is not responsible once the package has been successfully shipped.
